Buyers First Realty is a brokerage firm that only works with Home Buyers. I am an Exclusive Buyer's Agent and I do not represent Sellers or take listings. I only represent Buyers 100% of the time. This was an easy choice for me because I get a great deal of enjoyment representing buyers and fulfilling their needs when I am able to find them their dream home. I take great pride in the level of service that I am able to provide my clients. I never have to worry about a "conflict of interest" since my fiduciary duty and loyalty is always to my buyer. The name of my brokerage says it all "Buyer's 1st". With the price of homes today, purchasing a home is a major financial investment. Buyers need an agent that is in their corner, someone they know will have their best interests in mind throughout the entire home buying process. They need an experienced agent with expert negotiating skills so that they are confident in knowing that they paid the very best price for this major lifetime purchase. They need to know that it is their right to have Exclusive Buyer Representation at no additional charge. Think about it, aren't you entitled to all of this when you buy your next home.

I have been in the Real Estate profession for more than ten years. My husband Howard and I live in Fountain Hills.
